BEACH LAWS REGARDING DOGS

CAROLINA BEACH - Dogs are prohibited in Town Limits from March 1st - October 31st. During the months dogs are allowed, owners must always remove the dog's waste from the beach
and dogs must be leashed.

FREEMAN PARK ONLY (NORTH END) - Dogs are permitted year round, off leash as long as they remain under voice command.

KURE BEACH - Dogs are prohibited in Kure Beach Town Limits from April 1st - September 30th.

FORT FISHER STATE RECREATION AREA - Leash law year round.
