2 Night Minimum Stay
Down-payment required within 10 days of confirming a reservation
High Season
* $200 Down - Cottages 1, 2, 3
* $300 Down - Cottages 4, 5, 6 and Condos
Nightly reservation requires one night down-payment
ONE NIGHT will be charged for any cancellation or no-show once a reservation is confirmed.
All published rates are subject to change without notice. Confirmed reservations will not experience a rate change.
No substitutions are allowed on any confirmed reservation.
Your down-payment is ONLY refundable in the case of a MANDATORY hurricane evacuation

No Hidden Fees. 12.75% sales and occupancy tax added to all quoted rates
Check-in: Between 2:00pm - 5:00pm. Late arrival can be arranged in advance.
Check-out: 10:00am
****** No Pets - No Smoking in the Cottages or Condos - No Phones in the Cottages ******
*** You may smoke on the porch or deck with the Cottage or Condo door closed. Please use the ashtrays provided.
*** A fine of $25 - $50 will be charged for smoking in the unit.
***Empty all ashtrays in the garbage by the road, not in the Cottage or Condo inside garbage cans.
You are responsible for your own housekeeping and cleanliness
Coin-Op Washer/Dryer on site. Wash is $1.75. Dry is $1.50.
10# Bags of Ice are $2.00 - available at Palm Air Cottages office
Palm Air Vacation Rental properties are owner managed and maintained. On-Site office
hours are 9am – 5pm. We live on the island and are just a phone call away. We want you to
be comfortable and to enjoy your stay with us. We ask that all guests respect and follow
ALL posted rules. These rules are designed for your safety and the consideration of other
guests. We like to keep our guests happy; therefore we do not bend the rules for anyone.
